ABOUT
Established in 2018, CTWI is committed to promoting the long-term viability of the union construction sector by linking local job seekers, employers, and policymakers. We are a national non-profit organization with dedicated hubs in the DC-Baltimore metropolitan area and the larger San Francisco East Bay region. Our mission is to advance economic equity by enhancing access to family-sustaining union construction careers for underrepresented communities through the development of sustainable partnerships, innovative programs, and effective policy advocacy.
