ABOUT
The Black Student-Athlete Summit (BSAS) is a four-day conference dedicated to the empowerment and advancement of Black student-athletes. Dyme Agency serves as BSAS's creative partner, producing the graphic design assets that bring the annual summit and its associated programs to life.
THE CHALLENGE
BSAS needed a creative partner capable of delivering bold, on-brand design assets across digital, print, and social channels. As the summit date approached, BSAS's programs and priorities continued to evolve — speaker lineups, sponsor details, and session information were still taking shape. We needed to stay agile, adapting designs quickly as new information came in, all while keeping every asset polished, on-brand, and ready for deployment across digital and print channels.
THE SOLUTION
We established a structured workflow using project management to manage requests and approvals. We designed a full suite of summit assets; headers, banners, presentation templates, large-format print materials, and social/digital graphics — while maintaining strict brand consistency across every touchpoint. Weekly syncs kept priorities aligned and blockers resolved in real time, ensuring on-time, on-standard delivery for the summit.
