ABOUT
The Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) City Training Conference is an annual two-day professional development event bringing together retirement professionals from nearly 1,000 participating Texas municipalities.
THE CHALLENGE
Dyme Agency was tasked with building a complete event visual environment from the ground up. Designing every visual touchpoint a conference attendee would encounter, from the moment they walked in to the moment they left. The challenge was ensuring every piece, across vastly different formats and applications, felt like it belonged to the same world: institutional, polished, and unmistakably Texan.
THE SOLUTION
We served as the creative execution partner, developing a unified visual language built around a clay-to-cyan gradient, deep-blue palette, and faceted star motif, and carrying it consistently across every visual touchpoint of the conference environment. From large-scale stage graphics to the smallest attendee-facing detail, every deliverable was designed to a professional standard and delivered in coordinated phases, ensuring a polished, cohesive on-site experience from start to finish.
